Amazing fried cheese. More like having a hot brie than mozzarella or halloumi, but either way a winner!

Of all the cheeses, I miss halloumi and emmental the most. So it's lovely to find a tasty alternative to one of them. Yes it's gooey but treated carefully it fries up great in a little oil as a treat. I've also used it on pizza and cheese on toast with some of the smoked added too 😋
