As a life-long cheese addict I thought ditching dairy a few years ago would spell the end of my love affair with all things cheesy and good.
After much experimenting in the kitchen I began to develop recipes for plant-based cheese that would quench even my long-standing cheese palette and thus Kinda Co. was born!
What started in Oct 2017 as a one woman enterprise, based out of a tiny flat in Angel and selling at local markets, has now grown to a commercial vegan cheese kitchen in North Somerset. We currently make 14 varieties of dairy free cheese and sell at independents nationwide as well as through our online shop and at markets across London and the South of England.
Our vegan cheeses won 5 Great Taste Awards in 2021 and we are thrilled to have 5* reviews across Google, Facebook and on our own Online Shop.
In 2021 I launched KindAcademy, my Online Vegan Cheese Masterclass, where you can learn to make your own delicious vegan cheese at home. We are now running our fourth intake of students and an Advanced Cheesemaking Course is coming later this year.
