KINDA CO SHIPPING INFORMATION
When you place an order online you will receive an order confirmation email and we will then aim to send out your cheese within 1 - 5 working days.
Please scroll to the bottom of your order confirmation email and carefully check your address and postcode to make sure they're correct.
We generally dispatch our orders on Wednesday for delivery on Thursday/Friday each week via a next day delivery service with DPD. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order has been dispatched. You will also receive an email from DPD to let you know that they have your parcel and it's on the way!
DPD will then send you another email with a delivery timeframe window when your parcel is loaded onto a van.
We ask that you please choose a delivery address where someone will be able to accept your parcel.
Once you have your delivery date please then be prepared to be home to receive your parcel as rescheduling your delivery may result in delays.
If you are not able to be home to receive your delivery then you do have the option via the DPD tracking portal to select ‘deliver to safe space’ or ‘deliver to neighbour’ however please ensure that the safe space is specified and/or the neighbour is in and aware of your delivery as we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered and therefore returned parcels.
Please note DPD save your preference settings so if you have ever previously selected 'deliver to neighbour' or 'leave in safe place' then that is the delivery instruction that DPD will follow for all subsequent deliveries. If you are not sure if you have done this then PLEASE CHECK! We cannot be responsible for lost parcels as a result of DPD following protocol... even if you can't recall ever uploading it!

If you do not have a kindly neighbour or safe space to receive your delivery then we recommend arranging to have your parcel sent to a local Service Point where you will be able to collect at your convenience.
Please take the time to read the above so that you feel prepared and together we can succeed in getting you your cheese! We also ask that you understand that we are a small business and that failing to prepare to receive your order may result in disappointment as we...

... cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders that are not delivered due to no-one being present to receive.

... cannot be responsible for issues with the quality of your cheese if any of the above has been the case.
We also cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders that are stolen from doorsteps.

Free Shipping for orders over £60 (UK mainland only, not applicable to areas with additional shipping fees)
Orders for UK mainland (excluding areas with additional shipping fees as per below) are sent via DPD next day delivery service at a rate of £4.99
AREAS WITH ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES
We are aware that the following delivery charges are high and this is unfortunately due to the extra charges from DPD for these locations.
It may be helpful to know that our cheese freezes really well so it may be helpful to place a bigger order to replenish supplies and hopefully having a plentiful supply of cheese may make the delivery fees a more palatable option!
Orders for Northern Ireland are sent via a DPD 48hr service and have a separate shipping cost of £14.50
Orders for Isle of Wight are sent via a DPD 48hr Service and have a separate shipping cost of £9.99
Please select the correct shipping fee during the checkout process to avoid a delay in shipping.
If an incorrect fee is selected we will contact you to offer you the option to pay the additional rate or cancel and refund your order.
We are able to dispatch to the following Scottish Postcodes via a DPD 48hr Service with a separate shipping cost of £14.50

Unfortunately due to new longer courier times we are no longer able to post to certain Scottish postcodes including some islands as the minimum courier time for some locations is 72 hours, and we cannot guarantee your cheese will be able to kept cold during transit.
LOCAL COLLECTION
If you are local to Weston Super Mare then you can collect your order from us! Simply select ‘Local Pick Up’ as your delivery option at checkout.
We'll then be in touch via email to arrange a good time to come by!
