Our creamy cultured cashew cheese base infused with wild garlic leaves, foraged locally in Somerset and a zesty kick of lemon. Delicious on crackers, in a sandwich or used in cooking.

Suitable for freezing - freeze on day on day of delivery and consume within 6 months. Defrost overnight in the fridge before eating.

Absolutely stunning cheese. The nicest vegan cheese I have ever tasted. It didn't last long as we couldn't leave the fridge alone .every time we passed. I've put a second order in as it was so delicious. It's going to be outlr monthly treat
