Our creamy cultured cashew cheese base infused with wild garlic leaves, foraged locally in Somerset and a zesty kick of lemon. Delicious on crackers, in a sandwich or used in cooking!

Suitable for freezing - freeze on day on day of delivery and consume within 6 months. Defrost overnight in the fridge before eating.

I love this cheese, I put it on gluten free crackers, I even put it on gluten free pizza, I think the uses are unlimited - except maybe cheese cake . . . ooh a savoury cheese cake . . .
What a fantastic taste! Whether you are vegan or not, or even if you want to call it cheese (I do!) or not, the taste is SUBLIME…I love it. Every cheese I ordered is delicious.
