Mild and tangy with blue veins of spirulina, this is a blue cheese for people who aren’t sure if they like blue cheese. Much more easy going than a traditional blue cheese (that rhymes with milton, that we're not allow to say) but still very pleasing on the tastebuds and as a bonus it looks great on a cheeseboard. Also delicious in a pear and walnut salad!

Average shelf life upon receiving 7-14 days.
Suitable for freezing - freeze on day of delivery and consume within 6 months. Defrost overnight in the fridge before eating.

Really miss cheese since becoming vegan several years ago and have tried many but until now not found one I liked without a strange texture and after taste, but Kinda has changed that, best vegan cheese I’ve tried.
