Mild and tangy with blue veins of spirulina, this is a blue cheese for people who aren’t sure if they like blue cheese. Much more easy going than a traditional blue cheese (that rhymes with milton, that we're not allow to say) but still very pleasing on the tastebuds and as a bonus it looks great on a cheeseboard. Also delicious in a pear and walnut salad!
120g minimum weight.
Average shelf life upon receiving 7-14 days.
Suitable for freezing - freeze on day of delivery and consume within 6 months. Defrost overnight in the fridge before eating.

As with the majority of kinda Co. Cheese- I loved this ,
Creamy and zingy
(Can I also add that the halloumi mozzarella hybrid kinda co is absolutely awesome)
Such a lovely and rich taste! The best vegan cheese I have tried. It is so soft and easy to pair with ingredients or to enjoy on its own in a cheese board!
Very nice product, a little more running blue maybe for appearance,however, a great tasting product.Well done.
