Mild and tangy with blue veins of spirulina, this is a blue cheese for people who aren’t sure if they like blue cheese. Much more easy going than a traditional blue cheese (that rhymes with milton, that we're not allow to say) but still very pleasing on the tastebuds and as a bonus it looks great on a cheeseboard. Also delicious in a pear and walnut salad!

Average shelf life upon receiving 7-14 days.
Suitable for freezing - freeze on day of delivery and consume within 6 months. Defrost overnight in the fridge before eating.

Love the flavour of the blue cheese, nice and tangy and amazing on a cracker !
Really miss cheese since becoming vegan several years ago and have tried many but until now not found one I liked without a strange texture and after taste, but Kinda has changed that, best vegan cheese I’ve tried.
Received last week with several other blocks of flavour. It’s gone, I’m sure someone else is partaking of my treasured blue🙈😒
The taste is excellent, the texture is good but more creamy than a Stilton. It’s spreadable when it’s been out of the fridge for 15 mins.
