A smoky, spicy cheese with just the right amount of heat.

This award-winning cheese brings together the warmth of chilli with the rich smokiness of paprika. It's got a kick, but won't leave you reaching for a glass of milk (even Ellie, our founder, can handle it, and she's admittedly not great with spice!)

We love its punchy flavour and creamy texture, plus with visible chilli flakes throughout and a gorgeous deep red colour, it looks as good as it tastes.

Perfect for spreading on toast, melting into pasta, adding to burritos, or dotting over your favourite chilli dish.

As the Great Taste judges said: "It is punchy in flavour, loaded with umami and heat... this settles down to a flavour that kept us going back for more."

Delicious

What not to like, all the creaminess of the other cheeses with the added slight tang of chilli, not too strongly picuant, just perfect.

A vegan delight

A very tasty vegan cheese. Goes well with a panini roll and a little English mustard.

Feeling hot hot hot!

Wow, it packs a punch but in a velvet glove.
I love it with oatcakes, but want to try mixing some into my homemade tomato pasta sauce. Watch this space.
