Amazing soft cheese. Great texture and taste.

This was so good! Nicer than the other spreadable cheeses. It disappeared in about two days. Would buy it in bucket-size if possible.

Creamy and piquant

This cheese was a pleasant surprise! I have never really bought ricotta cheese so don't know if it resembles the dairy equivalent or not. However, it was creamy and tasty. I intend to have it on a baked potato and it is also excellent for mixing with some of the other vegan cheeses to make a pasta sauce.
