Our pesto cheese is made using our cultured cashew base blended with fresh basil and vegan pesto! It's a herby summer dream of a cheese. It is slightly softer than our other blocks but is simply delicious!

This Pesto cheese started out as a monthly flavour but you loved it so much we've kept it as one of our Limited Editions to bring back from time to time. 

Weight: 120g

Suitable for freezing - freeze on day of delivery and consume within 6 months. Defrost overnight in the fridge before eating.

Pesto Cheese Ingredients: 

Cashews, Unflavoured Coconut Oil, Miso (Filtered Water, Soy Beans, Brown Rice, Salt, Alcohol), Nutritional Yeast, Pesto (Rapeseed Oil, Basil, Sunflower Seeds, Sugar, Potato Flakes, Garlic, Sea Salt, Acetic Acid and Citric Acid), Water, Salt, Garlic, Fresh Basil, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).

Wow! Pesto cheese

This is amazing, quite a soft cheese that melted into my mixed salad and gave a fantastic flavour. Glad I bought 2 and will certainly purchase again

More Pesto cheese, please!

Usual Kinda texture with a very fresh & summery 'green' flavour to it; lovely aftertaste. I wanted to order more but it's a Limited Edition! Do hope it reappears soon - this could become a firm favourite.
