Our beloved Mozzalloumi with a delicious smoky twist! We've taken our classic crispy-outside, gooey-inside recipe and enhanced it with smoked water for an incredible smoky flavour that'll take your taste buds on a journey.
The best of both worlds: Mozzarella meets Halloumi with a gorgeous smoky finish.

Cooking tip: Slice and fry until golden and crispy - the smoky flavour intensifies beautifully when cooked!
Cooking Instructions: Pre-heat a pan over a medium-high heat with 1 tbsp of oil. Cut into 1cm slices (try thinner if you like it more crispy or thicker if you like it more gooey.) Cook for approx. 5 minutes, then very carefully turn and cook for a further 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden brown. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.

I first tried this as a lucky dip. Then bought more.
I'm really fussy and LOVE this. I just wanted to try some, but finished the whole thing in 1 sitting. It's just so creamy and smokey. I have let a couple of friends try some and they LOVE it. Definite converts from dairy cheese.
