The best vegan cheese

Kinda Co make my favourite vegan cheese and this is my favourite of all of them. I have it on toast, crackers, crumpets and fold it through pasta sauces. It is creamy, salty and has a delicious umami flavour. Whenever it comes into stock (it’s a limited edition variety) I order multiple blocks for freezing and get them out when I want a treat or need cheering up. Please never stop making it 🙏
