We don't make desserts very often but when we do you know they're going to be good!

This cheesecake is a summery slice of lemony sunshine! It features a smooth, creamy cashew filling bursting with bright, zesty lemon flavour. Complete with a crumbly base of walnuts, dates and oats.

Ingredients: Cashew Nuts, Water, Oats (gluten), Dates, Walnuts, Unflavoured Coconut Oil, Sugar, Lemon Oil, Salt, Citric Acid.
