Got this as an oddbod lucky dip and liked it so much I ordered more.
It’s lovely chopped up in a salad. Obviously it’s not quite feta, but it’s the best substitute I’ve found and I’ll definitely buy it again.
Not only is it undistinguishable, but it’s not made of pure coconut oils like most on the market. The cashew almond mix is healthier to eat, and the flavour and texture is spot on. Finally I can add feta to my meals again!
Delightfully light and salty, perfect in a salad, on some bread or spread on a cracker. I can never be without this cheese. It's light and yet packs a punch however you have it. Huge huge fan, thank you!!
Delicious tanginess to the che*se and a lovely crumbly texture. Perfect in a summery Greek salad, might try a vegan saganaki for the autumn!
