Join us for an evening of vegan cheese-making! Learn to create delicious plant-based cheeses from scratch in this collaborative workshop with Ellie from The Kinda Co. and Carmen from The Cooking Flea.

  • Sweet and savoury applications for your homemade cheeses

What's included: Carmen will demonstrate beautiful Italian-inspired recipes using the cheeses we make together, including:

  • Sweet ricotta parcels with shortcrust pastry
  • Elegant puff pastry bites with flavoured cream cheese
  • Carmen's signature focaccia
  • A sharing cheeseboard featuring artisan Kinda Co. cheeses
