Join us for an evening of vegan cheese-making! Learn to create delicious plant-based cheeses from scratch in this collaborative workshop with Ellie from The Kinda Co. and Carmen from The Cooking Flea.

- Sweet and savoury applications for your homemade cheeses
What's included: Carmen will demonstrate beautiful Italian-inspired recipes using the cheeses we make together, including:
- Sweet ricotta parcels with shortcrust pastry
- Elegant puff pastry bites with flavoured cream cheese
- Carmen's signature focaccia
- A sharing cheeseboard featuring artisan Kinda Co. cheeses
All participants will enjoy tasting everything we create, along with plenty of tips and tricks to recreate these recipes at home.
