Somerset Melt ~working title~

We're developing a melting cheese and want your feedback!

We're offering a free sample of our new melting cheddar style cheese in exchange for some feedback. 

This cheese is designed to be melted so try it in a cheese toastie, in a pasta bake/lasagne, on a pizza, to top a burger on the BBQ - anywhere you'd like melty cheese! 

This current recipe is not quite ready, but before we make any further adjustments we'd love to get some feedback on it's current flavour, texture, meltability (that's a word, right?!) etc, so that we can create a cheese that's exactly the kind of cheese that YOU, our lovely customers, want to eat! 

We'll be sending out a quick online questionnaire once you have received your cheese, we ask that in return for the free cheese you take 5 minutes to complete the questions to help guide our next version. 

To claim your cheese simply add to your basket with your order and we'll pop in your parcel for you. If you already have an order with us please send us an email with your order number and we can add one in for you. Limited stock - only available while stocks last! (But we'll be making our next version soon!) 

One per customer | Min. order spend of £25 applies | Average weight 140g | Shelf life: 5-7 days. Please cook with your cheese, while it's not harmful to eat uncooked, it tastes at its best when melted :) 

Ingredients: Water, Cashew Nuts (13%), Unflavoured Coconut Oil, Pea Starch, Tapioca Starch, Salt, Kappa Carrageenan, Nutritional Yeast, Pea Protein, Miso (Filtered Water, Soy Beans, Rice, Salt, Alcohol), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Onion Powder, Annatto.
