T's, C's + Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy:
We currently post out orders every Wednesday to arrive on a Thursday. All orders received by Wednesday morning will be sent out that week, and any after that will be sent the following week.
If you need your cheese in a hurry please get in touch with us as we might be able to help!
Please note:
- Your cheese *must* be sent to an address where someone will be home to receive the item, we cannot be held responsible for any cheese not delivered due to no-one being able to receive it
- We use DPD next day delivery for our shipping, you will receive a notification from them once your order has been shipped
- If you'd like to change your delivery day or delivery address please let us know ASAP
- We are happy to refund any unfulfilled order as long as we have not yet packed your parcel! Just send us an email and we can this arrange for you
If you would like cheese for a special occasion, or a custom size (think cheese birthday cake!) please get in touch.
