This recipe is a sure crowd pleaser! Don't worry if you don't have a fondue set, you can simply pour the fondue into a bowl to serve and use forks for dunking bread, or my personal favourite - small roast potatoes!

Ingredients

150ml unsweetened dairy free milk

100ml water
-
1 garlic clove
-
1 tablespoon tapioca starch (could substitute for corn starch)

½ teaspoon salt

50ml white wine
-
4 tablespoons nutritional yeast

1 block Farmhouse cheese, sliced into 4 chunks
Directions
Add the milk, garlic, tapioca, white wine, salt, water and nutritional yeast to a blender and blitz for a minute until completely smooth
Add this mixture to a small saucepan along with the farmhouse cheese
Place over a medium heat and stir gently, the cheese will start to melt and the sauce will thicken
Once the cheese has melted whisk the fondue in the pan to ensure all the cheese is combined
Cook until piping hot and starting to bubble
Serve immediately with your favourite bread, potatoes and vegetables for dunking!
