Baked Feta + Vine Tomatoes

I've used cherry vine tomatoes as they stay nice and juicy inside but you could also use larger tomatoes sliced! I like to finish the cheese with a good glug of olive oil and a grind of black pepper.
Ingredients

1 punnet Cherry Tomatoes

1 packet Greek Style cheese

2 tbsp Olive Oil

Black Pepper
Directions
Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees centigrade
Add the Greek Style cheese to an oven proof dish and add the vine tomatoes, still on the vine, around the cheese
Drizzle 2 tbsp of Olive Oil over the cheese and tomatoes and place in the oven for 15 minutes
Keep an eye on your cheese, it should be nice and soft and the tomatoes should be roasted and have released some of their juices
Add a grind of black pepper or some oregano and another drizzle of olive oil. Serve straight away with some crusty bread for scooping up the tomato and olive oil at the bottom of the dish!
