5- Course Cheese Tasting Menu with Kinda Co.

This time we have created an amazing 5-course tasting menu, with each dish inspired by a different dairy-free cheese. You will also have the chance to enjoy some brand new aged cheeses, which are being created exclusively for this event. If you're a cheese lover - it's not one you want to miss!


Crispy, cheese croquette with garlic and herbs


Caesar salad with "bacon", buckwheat crisps and almond parmesan


Creamy risotto with melting cheese middle, crispy kale and salsa verde


Cheeseboard with limited edition Kinda Co. cheeses 
+ all the trimmings


Zesty lemon cheesecake with meringue topping

Cheesemaking Classes

Thursday 25th April: Life Beyond Cheese Masterclass at Made In Hackney - £59 (£48 concessions)

The class will include:

  • An introduction to ingredients used in recreating the textures and flavours of cheese

  • Learning to make a selection of cheese dishes including: The perfect Mac n Cheese, Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese and Baked Rosemary Camembert

  • Tastings throughout the class samples of your delicious creations to take home and recipe pack

Sunday 28th April: Kinda Co. Cheese making workshop - £58.50 plus booking fee (includes lunch and cheese to take home.)

Baked Camembert ( This is amazing!)
Cream Cheeses

Followed by family style lunch of Lasagna (which will use the ricotta and parmesan we make in class) and salads!
